The standard Back Cove 41 will include four reverse cycle Pompanette Air 12k BTU Air Conditioning units. Two units will be located below the master and guest berths and will serve all of the below deck spaces. The remaining two units will cool the salon and can be found beneath the helm seat and galley. All four AC units will be installed using double isolating mounts which will reduce vibration and noise levels.
In the galley, the Indel DR160 two drawer refrigerator will be standard. This will be paired with the Indel DR55 freezer which will be found beneath the mate’s seat at the helm. Rounding out the standard appliance package is the Kenyon Lite Touch-Pups cooktop.
Optional appliances include an additional Vitrifrigo DW70BTX single drawer freezer located beneath the companionway steps. The standard Indel freezer can be replaced by an Isotherm icemaker in the helm seat. If you are interested in both the freezer capacity and ice making ability, Back Cove also offers an icemaker installation in the cockpit grill cabinet. The grill chosen for this option is the Kenyon “No Lid Grill”, with a custom Back Cove FRP grill cover. The Splendide WD 2100 Washer/Dryer will also be available as and option in the Back Cove 41. This unit would be installed in the storage area below the helm.
